This stool is part of the suite of furnishings constructed for the master bathroom shown in the previous two photos. It is constructed of solid quilted maple and cherry, which match the rest of the furninshings in the room. It is used for seating at the lady's dressing vanity. No metal fasteners were used in its joinery. The "bow tie" shape of its section mirrors a similar shape in the drawer pulls of the dressing vanity.
