Jane Powell's third book, Linoleum (Gibbs Smith Publisher, 2003), is a paean to this wonderful flooring, and in particular to the fabulous patterns it used to offer. The book has become a cult classic. Bungalow: The Ultimate Arts and Crafts Home (2004), though disguised as a coffee table book, is actually a musing on the Arts and Crafts Movement as it relates to historic preservation, politics, modern design, and zany bungalows.
