This vibrant interior is in one of San Francisco's historic Russian Hill apartments, whose owner was longing for more color. Local Color's expert team made extensive repairs to cracked, textured walls and built-up woodwork in the entire home, and executed a fine finished interior with a balanced palette of ten luminous colors, designed by colorist Lynne Rutter.
