440 Scott painted in 1999. Skeeter Jones of Clearheart replaced/added many new feature designs to facade. Local Color's challenge was to complement the use of new millwork with existing to bring continuity to the many talents of Skeeter's crew. Local Color stripped paint and used epoxies as well as four coats of paint to insure a solid and tight finish. Seven colors, gold leaf and decorative frosting combine for a subtle painted lady.
