Absinthe private dining room

Absinthe Private Dining Room. This new restaurant dining room was constructed in an existing Edwardian storefront adjacent to Absinthe Brasserie. The view towards the bar and service area features an 1870's French wooden absinthe bar integrated into new cabinetry and wainscoting. The upper section of the old bar has become a display cabinet for absinthe memorabilia while new iron and glass shelving holds bottles over the zinc-top bar. Bill Eichenberger created the new cabinets and successfully incorporated the antique bar.
